Presented is an upper tier specimen of Williams’ Topps “debut.” Graded NM 7 by PSA, this 1954 Topps #1 Williams showcases a detailed likeness of the Hall of Famer and a vibrant orange background. Sharp edges/corners and a clean reverse are consistent with the technical grade.
